David Lee Roth loves Japan. He spends quite a bit of time over there, and with that we've seen quite a collection of Japanese influenced video clips and performances.
David says, "I'm in Yokohama and I'm back to get a new tattoo. Got a dragon on my back and flower on my arm," Roth sings and ad-libs some new lyrics to the song, "Ice Cream Man", which appeared on van Halen's 1978 self-titiled debut.
