So here we go, the "experts" maintain that women who drink alcohol in
moderation have a better chance of staying healthy as they age than
non-drinkers, especially if they spread out their consumption over most
days of the week.
Well here's a good example that it just may be true:
A lady on Staten Island has four alcoholic beverages a day....and she's 101 years old. Yep. She starts with a couple glasses of wine at lunchtime, followed by a nap of course, hey she IS old. Later on, around 4 p.m., she has a glass of Southern Comfort. After supper she's all about a good 'ol can of Budweiser. Not long after it's night night for this gal.
She's doing well, and she continues her daily routine each day! Makes you feel better about having a couple drinks some days doesn't it? ;)
