When you really love your pets you will do just about anything for them. And when this guy's pet rat broke into the pet turtle's cage and bit off the turtle's front legs, the owner got creative. Since the turtle didn't have enough leg stump to attach prosthetics, he attached two wheels to the shell. Pretty cool. BTW this turtle is 90.
Aaaaaand, off he goes! (I still don't expect the turtle to win any races though)
