It's not like we don't already know our luggage gets beat up at the airport. Once it's out of your hands the possibilities are endless..
This is going just a bit far on poorly handling someone's luggage however.
Are you really that ignorant baggage handler? What you are doing is in PLAIN VIEW for the passengers on the plane to see. Oh yeah, ya know those smart phone things? They take pictures and video...just in case you weren't aware.
