Data collected from an app says we check our phones an average of 110 times per day.
WOW.
The Android app
Locket, which pays users in return for displaying advertisements on
their lock screens, found that people check every six or seven seconds
during the busiest times of the day and some users unlocking their
devices up to 900 times EVERY DAY.
75 percent of people unlock their phones most between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m – which are the peak hours. That figure drops to 24 percent between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m.
