Samsung Galaxy S4 Explodes!

Alright, I have an S4 and sure as hell hope my battery doesn't go snap, crack, POP!

Samsung's hottest smartphone got a little too hot for one man in Hong Kong.
The man, known only as Du, says a flaming Samsung Galaxy S4 torched his entire house, according to a report on Chinese website Xianguo.com.

Du claims that while playing the game "Love Machine" he was startled by a loud pop from the phone's battery. He says he reacted quickly and threw the phone onto a nearby sofa, which promptly caught fire. The flames spread and caused serious damage to the house. He and his wife were able to escape without injuries.

S'mores Cheesecake!

Today (7/30)  is National Cheesecake Day, so here is a little recipe to make S'mores Cheesecake. Endulge my friends!

From the Cheesecake Factory:

· Slices of your favorite cheesecake -  

  Hershey's® Milk Chocolate Bars

· Honey Maid® Graham Crackers

· Jumbo Marshmallows

Directions

1. Place the cheesecake slices into the freezer for several hours until they are "deeply chilled."

2. Remove the deeply chilled slices of cheesecake from the freezer and cut into squares approximately ¼" thick. Set aside.

3. Place 3 squares of Hershey's® Milk Chocolate onto a Graham Cracker square.

4. Use a crème brulée torch to carefully warm the Milk Chocolate until it starts to get "shiny" across the top (approximately 15 seconds.) (If you do not have a crème brulée torch microwave for a few seconds).

5. Cut a Jumbo Marshmallow into 1/3's and place one of the 1/3's (cut side "up") on top of the warmed Milk Chocolate.

6. Use a crème brulée torch to carefully toast the Marshmallow until it turns a nice toasted brown color (approximately 30 seconds.) Note: Use a small container lid to "out" the flame when the Marshmallow reaches the ideal color. (If you do not have a crème brulée torch microwave for a few seconds).

7. Place the deeply chilled Cheesecake square directly onto the toasted Marshmallow and immediately top with another Graham Cracker square.

8. Bon Appetit!

Seven-Foot Tall KFC Bucket!

What would YOU do if you came home to find a 7-foot tall Kentucky Fried Chicken bucket in your driveway? Check to see if it contains chicken legs of unusual size? Sorry, the reporter in front of the bucket doesn't come with.

Aleena Headrick of Waynesboro, Georgia spotted a strange sight in front of her home recently. Headrick told WAGT NBC 26 News, "I was driving by, I saw this giant Kentucky Fried Chicken bucket in my yard, and I thought for sure that I was hallucinating. So I called my teenagers who were at home and checked to, had them go outside." Headrick was not seeing things. There was in fact a huge 7-foot Kentucky Fried Chicken bucket in front of her house, and the family had no clue who it belonged to nor where it came from. The closest KFC is 5.5 miles away. The distinctive sign has already become a landmark in the area and people have stopped to take pictures with the beastly bucket. Headrick's landlord and owner of the home, Freddie Taylor. Taylor collects signs like this one and he thinks the bucket is an antique piece. He said, "That bucket right there, if you notice it, it don't say KFC. It says Kentucky Fried Chicken. That bucket's probably forty years old."

What was the last thing you bought that cost $1500? I am willing to bet it didn't involve going to your hair stylist! Actress Reese Witherspoon recently spent exactly that when she got her hair done at a Rossano Ferretti Salon in Beverly Hills. Taylor Swift Leaves A HUGE Tip

This goes to show you that some nights it really pays off to be a server or bartender!

According to news reports, Swift brough smiles to the faces at a Philadelphia restaurant with free tickets to her show as well as a $500 tip after she dined there. She made the stop following her appearance last Friday at Lincoln Financial Field.

Ralph’s Italian Restaurant was the lucky restaurant and its owner Edward Rubino, referred to Swift as an “amazing person” and “very approachable.”

According to reports, Swift came into the restaurant with her tour mates Ed Sheeran and Austin Mahone around 11:30 p.m. and completed their dinner entrees around 2 a.m. They even took the time to take a photograph with the staff before leaving the eatery.

BMW Car-Pool...No...Literally A BMW With A Pool In It

Well first of all, I am a car guy. That being said, I am more specifically a BMW enthusiast. When I saw what these guys did to this BMW 3-Series I cringed a little. Making your car into a pool is a cool idea, but driving it around on public streets...not so much.

A BMW convertible first aroused the suspicions of a motorcycle cop on patrol in the eastern German town of Eibenstock when water sloshed out of it as it drove around a curve. When the officer pulled the car over, he could hardly believe his eyes.

In a police report released on Monday, he described encountering an "a convertible of a slightly different kind." The car had been converted into a swimming pool on wheels complete with a wooden railing and cheap floral decoration that could have come out of a chintzy Hawaiian hotel.

In addition to the driver, the officer also found two young men sitting inside in bathing suits and a third sitting on the trunk, dipping his feet in the "pool". The car reportedly only had one functioning gear, but could travel at speeds of up to 25 kilometers per hour (15.5 mph). The vehicle was also lacking a license plate.
