Halloween is awesome! For me, it's one of my absolute favorite holidays.
I love getting dressed up, going to the parties, and of course, indulging in some tasty treats throughout the holiday.
That being said, if you are catering to the trick or treaters, have your own kids that will be collecting massive amounts of sugar based treats, or perhaps just stocking a few bowls of wrapped delights at your house, this is an important list to know.

Skittles - sugar, corn syrup, hydrogenated palm oil, or trans fat, and artificial colors. If you want the rainbow eat fruit.
