Luke Bryan was one of the many great artists with great performances at the CMA Country Christmas special on Monday, but what he did behind the stage was even more impressive.
Bryan met with Tatum Libbesmeier, a little girl from Minnesota, and performed a private concert for her before the big show. Tatum has cancer and her Make-a-Wish dream was to meet her favorite country star, Luke Bryan.
Tatum, who is only 8, sang along with Luke when he performed "Crash My Party" backstage. The star also incorporated her name into the lyrics of the song!
Bryan also showed Tatum pics of his own kids, since Tatum and his son Tate have the same nickname.
Tatum got to select a dress from Macy’s and attend the taping of the special. She also introduced Bryan along with host Jennifer Nettles.
After performing "Run Run Rudolph," Bryan came down into the crowd to high-five and hug Tatum and her family.
